How to return your purchased items from journeyone.ch
If you want to return your order for an refund, please note we will only accept returns sent back within 14 working days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags attached, including order number on copy of the invoice / receipt. Any damaged goods will not be accepted.
We recomend that you send your parcel by registered post and retain proof of sending the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. Journey ONE reserve the right not to issue a refund if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise.
In addition, please also send an e-mail and the list of the purchased item(s) you want to return and your order number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and your payment will be transfered as soon as possible.

After your returned items have been received and processed, the refund of the amount you paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding any delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. It may take 3 – 5 business days before funds are reflected in your account depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
Shipping charges ocurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from journeyone.ch.
